As a part of MBA talk series, Team Colloquia organized a talk with Mr. Ganesh Sankararaman (Senior Vice President (Finance), Sify Technologies Limited and CFO, Sify Digital Services Limited) on “Transition to Corporate World – Stepping into the New Arena”. Mr. Ganesh Sankararaman’s extensive knowledge and experience in the field of finance allowed him to provide invaluable insights into topics like evolution of technology in the past years, sustainable business, how a leader should procure his/her goals and so on. His well-defined explanation about how the Gen Z should be updated on present goings, was an important point that students gave attention to. We believe that his engaging lecture has left a lasting impact on the students and has inspired them to incorporate these practices in their future career as well. He also emphasized to have a changing work environment which develops adaptability and flexibility in our careers. Questions were raised by students and he gave us affirming replies. Also he focused on qualities that each individual needs to be passionate, fit, aligned with their mind and passion. This was left to the students as a point to think about and ponder.
