On August 25th, 2023, the ASB Dean’s High Achiever’s Award ceremony was held at the Amriteswari Hall of Amrita University in Coimbatore. The event was organized to recognize and honor the top academic performers of the MBA program. The ceremony was attended by faculty, staff, students, and several distinguished guests from the ASB Alumni community.

The event began with the lighting of the lamp and a divine prayer. Dr. Nava Subramaniam, ASB Dean, Coimbatore, delivered the inaugural address, which motivated the crowd. She spoke about the importance of striving to be good every day and how Chandrayaan 1 and 2 are remembered for the lessons learned to build Chandrayaan 3.

The event’s Guests of Honour from the alumni community were Arun Ram Nathan RB, Presales Operations Analyst, TCS and Kavitha Srinivasan, Product Leader – Data & AI, Saturam. Dr. Sanjay Banerjee and Dr. Sakthi Nagraj, Vice Principal of ASB accompanied them on the dais. Their insightful thoughts shed light on the students gathered.

67 MBA students from the 1st and 2nd years were awarded the memento of excellence by the alumni guests. Top 20 students of the second years of MBA were also awarded with the merit scholarship. The event was inspiring and successful.

Overall, the ASB Dean’s High Achiever’s Award ceremony was a proud evening of celebration for the top-performing MBA students of Amrita University. The event recognized their hard work and dedication to academic excellence.
