Our college campus was transformed into a vibrant hub of culinary delights and creative expression last weekend as the Food Fest unfolded. This exciting event aimed to raise funds for our annual cultural extravaganza, Pragati, and it did so in a most delectable way!
The air buzzed with the aroma of exotic spices and tempting treats as diverse food stalls lined the venue. From the comforting familiarity of biryani to experiencing exquisite Burmese food like atho, each dish offered a unique culinary journey. Mouthwatering sandwiches fueled the festive spirit, while refreshing ice creams, waffles, and milkshakes provided a sweet escape from the savory sensations.
The Food Fest wasn’t just about satiating appetites; it was a celebration of creativity and student entrepreneurship. A scrunchie stall offered a vibrant splash of personal style with colorful and handcrafted hair accessories. For those seeking unique and artistic treasures, the resin jewelry stall showcased exquisite pieces, each a testament to the talent and skill of our student artisans.
Beyond its fundraising objective, the event served as a platform to foster a sense of community and belonging. The joyful laughter, lively conversations, and shared smiles reflected the vibrant spirit of our college. It was a reminder of the power of coming together, supporting each other, and celebrating the diverse talents and passions that make our college community unique.
As we look forward to the upcoming Pragati fest, the echoes of laughter and the lingering memories of delicious food and artistic creations serve as a testament to the success of this remarkable event. It was a true celebration of community, creativity, and the spirit of Pragati, leaving us all eager for the next big event.
