“There are always two people in every picture: the photographer and the viewer.”
-Ansel Adams
We all know the feeling of taking out an old photograph from the album and getting lost in it, reliving the moments and memories. It feels like it happened yesterday!
Photography was something which I took up during my college days to overcome my frustrations, which soon became my lifelong passion, my constant and reliable source of happiness. A myriad of things could bring us happiness, but photography is something that gave me happiness which is eternal. It drew me to things which were never appealing once upon a time. It helped me find and capture beauty in each and everything around me. It helped me look out for mystery that things, sometimes, hold within itself. Ultimately, it made me understand how important “moments” are…!!!
In the very beginning, I was never serious about either the photographs I had clicked or about photography as a whole. I never thought it would eventually become something I’m really passionate about! But the way camera captures the beauty of moments has always fascinated me ever since I was a child. It pushed me to chase the realms of photography and guess what?? I fell in love with it!!
You could live in the moment, but you wouldn’t be reliving the moment again. That’s where photography becomes the saviour! And I truly believe that photography is not only about what we see, instead it’s about how we see things.
They say, learning is a never-ending journey. So, I eagerly look forward to learn photography in depth and see some of the beautiful places in this world through my lens!
